Introduction
Equibore tee is a kind of pipe fitting. The plug-in is mainly used in water, beverage, beer, food, petrochemical, nuclear power, machinery, medical equipment, chemical fertilizer, shipbuilding, waterproof treatment, pipeline and other uses, showing good use value in the field of use. Diameter of cannula fittings: The production standard of cannula fittings is DN15-DN1200, and the cannula fittings shall be manufactured in accordance with this diameter standard. Otherwise, the cannula fittings produced will not meet the production standard and cannot be guaranteed to be qualified.
Equal-diameter socket tee is mainly used in petrochemical industry, medicine and health, electric power, aerospace, fire protection, metallurgy, shipbuilding, gas, nuclear power, environmental protection and other requirements of high pressure, precision size and other sectors and fields.
Bearing and inserting equal diameter tee is mainly formed by round steel or steel ingot die forging blank, and then processed by lathe, a kind of high pressure tee pipe connecting accessories.
Socket and socket equal diameter tee commonly used manufacturing material
The commonly used raw materials for equidiameter pipe fittings are generally carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc.
Carbon steel commonly used brands are Q235, 20#, A105, etc.
Stainless steel commonly used brands are 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 and so on;
Alloy material commonly used brands are 15CrMo, 1Cr5Mo, 16Mn, 12Cr1MoV, F11, F22, 10CrMo910 and so on
Other materials: copper alloy, nickel alloy, etc.
Points for attention in the use of equal diameter socket tee:
There are two kinds of tube sizes, namely series A (series Ⅰ) tube size and Series B (Series Ⅱ) tube size or British tube size (series A size) and metric tube size (series B size). In addition, some standards directly specify the nozzle size as Series A, such as ASME B16.11, SH3410 standards. Some standards have both sizes, and the nozzle size needs to be implemented during production and processing. These standards include GB/T14383-2008,GB/T14383-93,HG21634, etc. If the user does not provide which nozzle size to choose, the general default is Series A. However, it should be noted here that the standard HG21634, if it gives the nozzle is A, should choose the B series nozzle size.
