Introduction
Carbon steel concentric size head as the name suggests the use of carbon steel material, the main representatives are 20#, Q235, Q345, 16Mn, etc. Used to connect pipes of two different diameters. According to the different shape, it can be divided into concentric size head and eccentric size head. Concentric is well understood as the center of the circle at both ends of the tube in the same straight line called concentric size head, otherwise called eccentric size head.
Carbon steel concentric size head is connected in the form of direct welding reducing pipe and steel pipe, the main manufacturing standards of concentric reducing pipe are generally GB/T12459, GB/T13401, ASME B16.9, SH3408, SH3409, HG/T21635, HG/T21631, SY/T0510. The concentric reducers are matched by eccentric reducers made of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
