Introduction

The forming process is usually reduced diameter pressing, expanding diameter pressing or reducing diameter plus expanding diameter pressing. For some specifications of reducing pipe, stamping can also be used. In addition to using steel pipe as raw material to produce reducers for alloy thick-wall reducers, some specifications of reducers can also be produced by steel plate by stamping process. The shape of the die used for drawing is designed according to the size of the reduced inner surface, and the steel plate after blanking is pressed and drawn by the die.
